Nigerian minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital economy.
Born in Agege, Lagos, Dr. Tijani spent his formative years in Abeokuta before proceeding to the University of Jos where he got his diploma in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, as well as an MSc in Information Systems and Management from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom. And a PhD in Innovation and Economic Development from the School of Business, University of Leicester.
As a leader in the Digital Innovation space, Dr. Tijani has worked with and led several organizations like Co-creation Hub and has previously worked with the International Trade Centre, Geneva, Hewlett Packard, and Pera Innovation Network. This year, Dr. Bosun Tijani will be giving his Keynote address, and we will be sure to drink from the wells of his knowledge.
British High Commissioner to Nigeria.
Dr. Montgomery is the British High Commissioner to Nigeria and the UK Permanent Representative to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). He was the UK Executive Director at the World Bank Group Boards between 2018 and 2022 and also worked on was also part of the global COVID response, the UK’s G7 and COP26 presidencies.
Richard was formerly a Director at the Department for International Development (DFID) overseeing Asia, the Caribbean, and Overseas territories as a part of his wealth of experience in the developmental ecosystem. He studied anthropology and has a PhD from Cambridge University on economic and social change in North India.
